Forced Expression were one of the first non Californian bands to be influenced so directly by the LA Power Violence scene. As you might expect from a band featuring a future member of Funebrarum, their execution is heavy, bleak and precise, embracing the lumbering jags and controlled chaos of bands like Crossed Out and Neanderthal more than the nascent genre's skate punk influence.
